Overview

The controller for data processing on this website is Salman Mohammad (Allcloud24). Protecting your personal data is important to us. In this privacy policy, we inform you about which data we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis — and what rights you have.

Controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is: Salman Mohammad (Allcloud24), Regensburg, Germany. Email: [email protected], phone: +49 176 43657120.

Data Collection

We collect personal data when you use our contact form (name, email address, message). This data is processed based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment). Additionally, server logs are collected by our hosting provider Netlify, which may contain IP addresses (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

Contact Form

When you use our contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, and message) is transmitted to Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service. The data is used exclusively to process your inquiry (legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).

Spam Protection with hCaptcha

To protect our contact form from automated abuse (spam), we use hCaptcha, a service provided by Intuition Machines, Inc. (USA). When the form is loaded, technical data — including your IP address, information about your operating system and browser, and your usage behaviour — is transmitted to hCaptcha to distinguish human from automated input. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). More information: https://www.hcaptcha.com/privacy-policy.

Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies for functionality. For website analytics, we use Google Analytics cookies, which are only activated with your explicit consent (legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).

Chat Widget (Chatbase)

We offer an optional chat widget provided by Chatbase, Inc. (USA). The chat is only loaded and data is only transmitted once you actively open it. The messages you enter in the chat, as well as technical connection data (e.g. IP address), are transmitted to and processed by Chatbase in order to answer your requests. Please do not enter any sensitive personal data in the chat. The legal basis is your consent, given by opening the chat, together with our legitimate interest in efficient customer communication (Art. 6 (1)(a) and (f) GDPR). More information: https://www.chatbase.co/legal/privacy.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services: (1) Web3Forms for processing contact requests — Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (https://web3forms.com/privacy); (2) hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) for spam protection — Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (https://www.hcaptcha.com/privacy-policy); (3) Chatbase, Inc. for our chat widget — Art. 6 (1)(a) and (f) GDPR (https://www.chatbase.co/legal/privacy); (4) Netlify as hosting provider — Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (https://www.netlify.com/privacy/); (5) Cloudflare for domain management and security — Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/); (6) Google Analytics for reach measurement — only with your explicit consent, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Data Transfers to Third Countries

Some of the services we use (including Web3Forms, hCaptcha, Chatbase and Google Analytics) process data on servers in the USA or other countries outside the EU/EEA, where a level of data protection comparable to the EU is not guaranteed in all cases. Where a provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the transfer is based on that framework; otherwise, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 49 (1)(a) GDPR).

Retention Period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Contact form requests are deleted once they have been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply. Server logs are automatically deleted or anonymised after a short time. Cookies remain on your device for the duration stated in the cookie settings.

Your Rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (BayLDA: https://www.baylda.de).

Withdrawing Your Consent

Where processing is based on your consent (e.g. Google Analytics or the chat widget), you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You can adjust or revoke your choice at any time using the persistent “Cookie Settings” button on our website. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
